Stavros began his professional career in 1976 in the insurance department of one of Greece’s largest financial groups, active in shipping, energy, and tourism. Responsible for the group’s specialized insurance needs, he worked in London, New York, and Tokyo. In 1994, he shifted focus to developing activities within a brokerage firm ( Lloyd’s Coverholder), where he was co-founder and has since been actively involved in the insurance industry, particularly in developing specialized insurance programs.
